Today I was feeling a little rough, however we had a thai cooking class in Bangkok with Mai Kadee so had to push on through. This was pretty cool. We made Tom yum soup, pad thai and massaman curry (2 of my favourite thai dishes before coming to thailand). I partnered up with Leila and got to eat our dishes afterwards.
Mai Kadee then danced around the room for us, wearing some long sharp claw like things on the end of her fingers. She boasted about being famous in Thailand and how she had appeared on tv shows.
Having some more free time back in the area of our guesthouse, we had time to shop and explore. Niki, Bacon, Adrian, Nina and I were t-shirt shopping. Everything was dirt cheap but you can also haggle if you think the price is too high.
At 4pm we left the Wild Orchid to catch the overnight train down to Surat Thani.
