Tossing raw chicken with the spices. Yuk.
Rested and ready, we head to the Chatuchak market. It's one of the worlds largest outdoor markets. It has over 15,000 stalls....we did our best. After an afternoon siesta (it was hot and exhausting) we went to a cooking class. Mrs. Balbirs is a very popluar Indian restaurant and cooking school. We took a Vietnamese cooking class in Australia so why not learn Indian food in Thailand. Mrs. Balbir didn't like Syd and me too much. We talked and goofed around and it didn't fit into her militaristic format...So she assigned us the nasty jobs. To us, it was fuel to the fire. We had fun.

Syd had to measure the level of water. But it was filled with tumeric and her hand was yellow for 2 days :)
