Wednesday night in our hotel after three days of 100mph madness. We leave early in the morning on a train to Cambodia where Rosara can FINALLY get a massage!!
Today we went to Lumphini Park which must have soundproof gates because you can't believe it is in the middle of Bangkok. We have tons of photos but they don't tell half the story. We thought we seen the worlds biggest lizard here, then we seen Larry.. The worlds biggest lizard!!!
Yesterdays plan was to go to Dusit Zoo but we missed our train, then every taxi driver didnt have a clue where we wanted to go. Change of plan and we ended up in Siam with 4 huge shopping centres. We are going to come back in April and spend the rest of our money here because they have everything. I bought some beats by dre and i couldnt believe I only paid £12 they are £200+ back home. They are real aswell...
We watched a film in the cinema to kill some time and this is where the highlight of our trip occurred. Before the film started I noticed out the corner of my eye everybody stand
up while a video about the King was on. I quickly stood up and grabbed Rosara. The national anthem was belted out with everybody to attention inclding Ro popcorn in hand haha!
Most of the trip involved walking about because we plan to come back in April to see/do everything else.
Oh we also left our room key in the door (outside) two nights in succession and wonder why people were worried about us on tour 😊
