Ok so today is wednesday 30th and ali has arrived! He got here late yesterday evening and it was really lovely to see a friendly face. Had a really good night in Kohsan road-its an absolutely crazy place to be-so busy! Today we've been rather productive, we took a tuk-tuk all around and ended up seeing the Big Budha, the lucky budha, the golden mountain and the most amazing thing i have ever seen was the Grand palace-absolutely stunning, took hundreds of pictures but nothing can quite grasp the reality of just how amazing that place is. we also went to a tourist organisation and on a whim ended up booking 2nights/3days in kochanburi and have organised to see the floating markets, go bamboo rafting, elephant treking, seeing the 7 tierd waterfall, tiger palace and all accomodation is booked to be on a floating house with all meals included- really excited to go do all those things!
