arrival in bangkok!!

So we arrived in Bangkok at around 4.15pm and got to our hostel at 7.00pm! Took us a little while to find it but pleased with our choice as its lovely!
Had some pad thai for dinner and wondered around in a zombie like state due to hours of travel and are now back in the comfort of our room....with full blast air con!
Tried a bit of haggling for 2nd series of Glee.....decided against tho.
After a guy tried to sell Clare a trip to a sex show as we wandered down the streets, she was then confronted by a blind beggar rattling his tin literally in her face! She jumped outta her skin!!

Bring on tomorrow and the Grand Palace 😊

The adventure begins...
Glad the snow didn't affect your departure. I sent Clare a final farewell text, but it didn't send...and it was only later that I got Clare's text re: change of number...unfortunately, by that point I was once again out of signal. Anyway, I hope you recover from the travelling soon & you're able to enjoy your time in Thailand. Keep us posted :) x
