So first stop was Bangkok which we'd heard a lot about some good some bad. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Landed in Bangkok's new airport which was massive and very modern, and got talked into getting a limo to our hotel on Kho San Road. As we drove gradually into the centre of Bangkok I realised this maybe a little bit of a culture shock considering I'd only travelled outside Europe on two occasions, and they were to the states.
Our driver dropped us off at the top of Kho San Road, we must of looked easy targets for the street sellers and Bangkok freaks. Finally found our hotel which was really nice, had a roof top pool which overlooked Kho San Road.

We spent 3 days in Bangkok and each of them was a great experience (I'd recommend this place to anyone), the 3 days included a ping pong show (not what you'd think), thai boxing (which was amazing), eating fried crickets and scrubs (the scrubs tasted good), and some crazy tuk tuk rides.
