Arrived in Bangkok, hotel was beside Khao San, so backing onto madness..very noisy, strange but kinda familar ( wondering if there is anywhere in the world that theres no Boot, Starbuck or Subway)...the worst experience of Bangkok tho is the Khao San Rd with a hangover....the street vendor food...omg...it reeks.. I've heard it tastes amazing...but after a few singha's, condensed sweetcorn or dog food kebabs...no way....
Also...we had a resident gekko in our bathroom.. eeek yuk.
