BTS Skytrain
The quick, easy and air conditioned way to get around Bangkok. Managed to sleep in today, before meeting Rick at one of the skytrain stations just before lunch. Had lunch in one of the major shopping centres and ran into some people that had come round the Grand Palace with me. It's strange how in a city of 9 million people this seems to happen quite a lot! I guess everyone just follows the Lonely Planet virbatum. After lunch we just went and sat down in one of the parks as this was cooler than walking around the streets (It's still about 39 degrees).
In the evening I head back to meet Andy (Someone I'd been in contact with before arriving here). He's delayed in traffic, so I wait on the skytrain bridge and watch the traffic flow past. The sides of the road are filled with children trying to sell drivers various things, normally air freshners.
After meeting Andy, we get a motobike taxi to take us to see his Uncle play a football match in the Bangkok Premier League. Afterwards we met up with Rick again and I got shown some of the Bangkok nightlife. This place really makes back home look tame! The ladyboys seem to

And the skytrain in the background be out in full force tonight. It's still very hot, I walk past a sign that says it's 33 degrees at about 11 at night.
