Hey all! This was one hell of a Birthday party!!!! Buddha's birthday was actually 12th May, but the celebrations started a week before on the night of Saturday 3rd with the Lantern Eve parade, this was to celebrate the eve of the Lantern parade the following day. well what can you say
how many lanterns were on parade and are they all hand made as they look fantastic did the lanterns go on display any where else or just for this prosession. brill pic's keep them coming

Wow what a birthday party, it looks amazing, those lanterns are really great and i love the photos of the traditional display the ones that look like various armies they are brill. suppose you'll want a party like this now!! luv U AJxxx

Worth waiting for!!
Well, I have been looking forward to these pics - and they are fantastic. I can imagine to actually be there must have been something else. Reminded me of the Chongdong Theatre with those wonderful dancers. Love the pic of you with the lantern!!! Hugs xxx
