I can't recall the name of the cafe, but it was close to the mouth of the Camp Walker service road. Across the road from a Nonghyup atm. The place was empty the entire time but the worker was nice and let us charge our new phones. The drinks were pricey though, 5,000 won for one 5,500 for another.
