OK - half way to our first destination and so far so good. Discovered that the best way to train for long haul flights is to spend several months beforehand staying out late and partying hard. Our bodies are so used to sleep deprivation and dehydration, that the results of a 13 hour flight seem simply like another hangover. Will be in touch when we get to Sydney.
