G'day!!!

Good morning!! Well we have completed our first leg and are heading to Perth this morning. Had a very busy 36 hours in Singapore. Spent a very disappointing day at the very tired, very expensive building site they call Sentosa Island. However the evening was much more enjoyable. We started with a Singapore Sling at Raffles, followed by another cocktail on 71st floor of the Swiss'otel Stanford, fantastic veiws over the city. Two extremes of Singapore, traditionally colonial and ultra modern within a few steps of each other. Then went onto Boat Quay for dinner where it was awash with red football shirts of Liverpool and Man Utd fans watching the footie.

Anyway now at Changi International airport waiting to fly onto Perth. Will send another blog soon hopefully with pictures.
