Singapore Sling!

The last stop on our tour, Singapore.

We have had three days in Singapore discovering Chinatown, Little India, Arab Street and the main shopping centres. There are literally thousands of shops here, too many really. I spent three hours looking for a pair of specific trainers and ten shops later none of them had my size! Very frustrating.

Singapore has a great colonial feel and of course we went to the famous Raffles Hotel. As it says in their advertisements 'Where else would one partake of a Singapore Sling but Raffles!'. Of course we had one - two actually, yummy!

Now we are sat at the airport ready to get on the plane back to the UK. It is 30 degrees plus and humid here and we just read in the paper it is forecast snow in the UK, brrrr!!
