Safe & Sound

We have arrived! Our flights were happily uneventful and most enjoyable thanks to first class and business class accommodations provided by Oceania Cruise lines. A driver was waiting for us at 1:45 a.m. and took us to our most beautiful hotel Pan Pacific which is close to all that Singapore has to offer and which we shall enjoy for the next four days. We are wide awake as Singapore is 12 hours ahead of New York so we will stay the course until tonight and try to get on track time wise.

We are green with envy...sounds like you are first class world travelers extraordinaire. Have a magnificent journey and we will see you when we all get back home. All is well with us. New baby is great. We will see her and the rest at the end of April on our way back to Bolton Landing. L, NNN??

I feel like the town crier here, but I do want you to know that Lois tripped while raking and broke her hip. We visited her today, post surgery and in a rehab facility, and she's doing remarkably well. She just feels really stupid, but it could happen to any of us. Hope you are having a wonderful trip. We leave here in a month. We will stop in Charlotte for a day and then it's home we go and I can't wait. I miss it. L, Nance and Chip
