The last time I was in Nepal was 16 years ago, when I did a short 7-day Annapurna Panorama trek; and blimey a lot has changed since then. Life doesn't get simpler than minding a few goats or yaks, and counting one's prayer beads. But it's a hard living in a harsh environment, which ages one before their time.
