So today is a strike in all of Nepal..that means barely any shops are open. Nobody is allowed to drive on the road (that includes private cars and taxis, etc) Not sure why the strike is on..but it is weird to see the street with cars and no honking. It is not like Nepal. So today is last day of language class! Yay. But we have a test..have a feeling i will fail :-( My memory for Nepali is not so great and now I am remembering everythign i ever learned in French. Well tomorrow i am off to a local village to learn Nepali cooking, dancing and culture...for 3 days. Then off to national park for 5 days. I will post in another week or so..or whenever I can. Wish me luck!
