Looks like the Chinese Embassy (sp??!!) is closed until the 10th so I will not be going to Tibet after all. Just booked my flight back to Delhi for this Wednesday... can not wait to get back into India.

Me in Allahabad...shit I think that is how you spell it. Love this pic. This is a holy place as it is where the Yamuna, Ganges and the Sawa...something river meet...the last of the rivers is said to still be flowing underground...the US satellite has seen it...well, that is what the driver told me.
