Sorry to bore with the dog sledding pics but there were just so many great ones! This is Baisa near sun down.

Look to the left... the evaporation you see is because the surface of the ice is water... yes, water at -30C... it's because the angle of the sun actually melts some of the surface... plenty of ice beneath so not to worry...

J - looks and sounds amazing! wish it was -35 in YUL instead of +4 and raining (what the @%^!#) -- the countryside looks incredible, but I've still got to vote for the Defender as Pic-of-the-Day ;)
