Hey guys thanks for your comments and messages..
KL was fun but loud crazy and smelly. The traffic was unbelievable and I am sure lots of people die there. Who knows whether the drivers will stop for a red light or not! Ate some yummy indian food, went the worlds largest Bird Park and generally walked the city and fended off people trying to sell me ladies perfume on Petaling St. Not sure KL has the most fun things to do of any big city but it was a cool place to start being fairly easy to figure stuff out. 3 days was plenty of chaos for me, and I couldnt wait to get into the countryside and the Cameron Highlands.
Well im in the highlands now after a 5 hours bus journey on a rickety old thing that struggled to get above 40 miles an hour. It was cool though because most of the people on the bus were local so it had that authentic feel. It is beautiful up here, so lush and green and so peaceful after KL! Went trekking today with a wicked swedish guy called pontus i met in KL and tomorrow were gonna
hire motorbikes and see the tea plantations and eat scones, yeah! dont worry folks i will wear a helmet. Gonna sign off now folk because there is beer to drink and footy to watch, but i will stick some photos up too....hope youre all good x
