I'm In Kuching safe, have a fourth floor room with a view of the river. The conference starts tomorrow. The plants on display are works of art, the largest and having the best markings I have seen..and are part of the collections of some of the presenters so I will be learning from the best.Tomorrow there will be a conference banquet.Yang Amat Berhormat Pehin Sri Haji Abdul Taib Muhnud, chief minister (governor) of Sarawak will speak and then there will be a cultural performance.. This is the land of headhunters and hornbills. The dancing can be vigorous and colorful. Should be an exceptional night.
