Rainforest fun!

Here we go- the real deal! We stayed in a flooded jungle camp for two nights of wildlife spotting! Our camp was basic but really cool. These Malaysian guys fed us great food, plenty of rice wine and showed us as much of the native wildlife as they could! The place is teeming with life and at night the silence is deafening! We managed to take pics of lots of the stuff we saw but not everything. And of course you dont get that close to a lot of the animals so pictures don't do a lot of them justice! We saw Orang-utans, silver leaf monkies, Bornean gibbons, long-tailed and pig-tailed macaques, proboscis monkies, a green viper, a cat snake, loads of different tree frogs, a Bornean tarantula, a Black scorpion, a whip-tail scorpian, owls, sea eagles, hornbills, a civit cat, wild boar and lots more we can't remember right now! You can see our decent pictures below. The jungle is one of our favourite places- we can't wait to get stuck into the Amazon!!
