Hi all, sorry for the lack of photos, we have been having loads of problems finding a decent connection - probably due to the enormous amount of internet cafes and theere is only one internet line!
We arrive in malaysia today, our first border crossing which was fine, they organised everything for us and as we have british passports there are no problems - you can pretty much go anywher eyou like!
Arrived at our hotel after about an 8 hour drive, and it is a massive tower block type one which is fine, but we are on the 16th floor - eeeeks! Off to a night market in a minute hopefully pick up some bargains.
Phi phi island was amazing - it is such a beautiful palce, bit of a change arriving on Penang - its massively urbanised and a bit stinky like bangok. We have no plans after tomorrow night as of yet, so tomorrow need to plan route down to singapore, only have like 4 days to do it in - hope we cna get train/bus/bike/camel!
Kept out of the sun for a few days, so we are both due a bit of a
grilling tomorrow, might check out the pool an float around with some cocktails!!! heehehhehe.
Ooo yeah we went to Ao Nang which is near krabi and stayed in a beach bungalow which was cool - we were only there literally to sleep so it totally didnt seem real.

HOLA, Very impressed by the pictures, it all looks beautiful and you dont seem to be roughing it at all!!!Life in Shef going ok, job good, the other week had lunch with Jean Christophe Novelli (the french chef out of hells kitchen!!)
