bus from Vientiane to Vang Vieng. beuatiful limestone scenery around the son river. went tubing (sat in a big car tyre & floated along the river, stopping every now & then to swing on a rope & jump back in again. great fun!!) bit dodgy getting off...current quite strong..michelle got a bit caught up in it & had to be rescued, but it all ended well & much fun was had by all.
