Laos: Vang Vieng & Vientiane

Vang Vieng was the next destination. fun fun fun with infamous tubing! Then I had a few hours in Vientiane before heading to Hanoi, Vietnam.

There is an intersection of more than a few restaurants that play burned copies of Friends on repeat, literally 24/7. Pretty nuts. but entertaining!

Vang Vieng was used as a secret air force base during the Vietnam and Secret War ... Vang Vieng is a pretty new town, Adam said a few years ago when he was last year there wer still heaps of hangars. Now there is only 1.
