Rebekah Fahey Today I took my class on a picnic to a local park in Asabata, very close to the Kindy. All the classes will be going on a picnic this week with the MEK staff. The children were so excited to be going and it didnt take them long to walk there but it took nearly double the time to walk back as they were so tired. Renjyu was so exhuasted that he feel asleep as soon as we arrived back at Kindy.
They had a great time playing on all the playground equipment and enjoyed their lovely bento at lunch time. They were very eager to show me what candy and chocolate they had for their snack after lunch, a real treat as at Kindy they are not allowed any junk food.
It was a lovely day with them, a nice change from the kindy routine.

Glad you had a great day, always fun to go somewhere different with the kids! Renjyu is so cute, I love him! Don't think it will rain anymore tomorrow for my picnic!

what a great looking group of kids. i'm sure you think that the ones back home are much cuter though??!! what a great age level to teach. dependent but innocent x
