big and shiny, isn't it? See those 2 beams going across at the top? That's the escalators!

There was some cool architecture kicking about, including this wavy corridor.

Don't look down!

Remember that escalator I mentioned earlier? This is Glynn on it!

Through Road

Take a look at the round building in the centre - yes, the one with a road goign through it! did they build around an existing road or build both road and building together, I wonder...

Not only was the escalator high up but there was nothing underneath it either!

Jude pretends she's really not scared of heights. Are you convinced? Note in the distance the red ferris wheel on top of a building. we're staying nearby in Umeda.

Glynn's turn to have a uniform fetish. Double the pleasure, couretesy of the nice girls at the Umeda Sky Building.

This time in the form of a rather yummy biscuit. Honestly, they are really nice, despite the look on Glynn's face!

We found these guys hanging around above a shopping arcade. They're actually figures from the traditional Japanese Kabuki theatre.

Here's the big ferris wheel you could see from the Osaka skyline photo. It really is on top of the Hep 5 department store, hence the name.

This is Glynn tucking into some yams with raw egg, seaweed and plum sauce. It looked nice than it tasted (to me anyway, Glynn liked it!)

Just a cheesy photo for the collection.

loving the photos. its well weird, seeing you so far away on the other side of the world, you both look very content so far, and the architecture looks fucking cool. I watched a thang on Shanghai last night and the architecture and the whole redesign of a city is so interesting, its all a bloody fallic power show, but impressive at the same time, ahh the contradiction of life.... i rechone u guys will end up in some budhist camp and find the meaning of life have even more fun x
