After our trolley ride and stop for coffee and custard at a local Hong Kong eatery, we walked through the herbal medicine district. This is a collection of dried fish, which we will see much of during our walk.

Again, you have a choice of many different types of dried marine life on this wall of products. The ones in the front are dried sea cucumbers. You notice they are a lot more money than the last photo. When you put these cucumbers back into water, we were told they expand substantially.

We were happy to return here from a very nice time last year. It is located in the Intercontinental Hotel about 15 minutes walking from the ship.
