Tibet is making everyone sick! I don't have much time to type but the altitude is definitely negatively affecting lots of people & there's oxygen for sale everywhere. We were told to keep the windows open at night otherwise there wouldn'tbe enough... disturbing. I'm a little woozy, no worries, i'm sure it'll get better tomorrow.

THe views are beyond words; natural purple flowers and gorgeous mountains in the backgrou8nd. our guide is very endearing and jolly, which is fun. it's all yak meat all the time, which i'll have to try tomorrow when i'm feeling better. lots of beautiful scenery & sightseeing tomorrow, i'm excited.

SO, it's beautiful, and I'll be sure to write more once we're in Chongching & I have more time!!!

PS- the Chinese men even spit ON the plane, in the carpet. SICK!!

love, steff

Did you try the fermented Yak milk ? This is your chance of a lifetime. I took Andy and Sarah out to dinner last night, and Andy said he would love to go to Tibet. All is well here. Take it all in ! Love Dad

Altitude sickness
Try a few things to help adapt: 1. 10 to 12 deep breaths every 5 min 2. lots of water 3. a little bit of caffeine Good luck!
