Hi All,

My six week tour around southern China finishes, quite fittingly, with a visit to 27 The Bund the old offices of Jardine, Matherson & Co's. Not only were Jardine's the first to buy land on Hong Kong Island but also here on The Bund. All from the "brown mud". It's little wonder that China followed the political path that she did. Foreign interference in China couldn't carry on and it wasn't until after WWII that the Maoist government finally eradicated the scourge of opium. I've had a fantastic time and I've done and seen some once in a lifetime things.

Enjoy the photos

Jah Bless
