We woke up rather early since we went to bed around 7pm, we went for breakfast in the hotel and it's not typical breakfast food that we're used it's almost like lunch. It was rather good but we didn't fill up too much, our bodies are still getting used to the time and the new surroundings.

Around noon we got picked up and brought over to the office of the guy who set us up with the school in Jiangsu. We got to meet 2 other English teachers who were really nice. We then got to go to the Silk Market which is a big store with pretty much everything you can think of there...it's crazy busy there and they're all trying to get you to buy from their place. I got suckered into buying a Chanel wallet, but I needed a new one anyways :P

We then went to The Forbidden City and Tianimen Square (The Forbidden city was closed though) but it was really gorgeous. Ben forgot the camera in the car so we didn't get a chance to take any pictures.

We went to dinner at Pizza Hut and it was really good...best pizza we've had in a long while. Then we went to the train station to catch a train to Yangzhou at 9:30 pm and it was going to take around 10 hours to get here. We did get some sleep on the train we had our own compartment so that was comforting because we were getting gawked at the whole time waiting for the train and it was the first time that I felt like I missed home.
