inside of the asian dish ???? Happy St. Patrick's Day from Hangzhou! I never thought I would say this but I miss my corn beef and cabbage. Today was the Grand Opening of the HZ office. There was a visit from HZ officials to the office and the blue not red carpet was rolled out. One of my new hires brought in a traditional Asian dish from the market for me to try so I couldn't not eat it, let's just say - probably not my smartest choice to make... not sure exactly what it was, it looked like playdough- which I was told was a green tea mixture and inside was mushy with I believe a pork product... I think that will be the end of my adventurous eating in Asia.. Looking forward to the weekend... Here are a few more pictures from today... There will be much more to follow this weekend.
