I know it's not October holidays yet, but here is a wonderful week-end in China. Leslie didn't have school on
Friday, so we decided to do a little getaway trip.

Since the 1st of April 2008, my life...and the one of Leslie have changed since we met Ma'ri...nearly already 6
months. Just moved together in "la maison du bonheur", but we didn't had the opportunity to hit the road together
yet. So here it is...our first great family trip.

Shanghai is so polluted these days, that which ever trip out is a great welcome. The Fuchun Resort is 40 minutes out
of Hangzhou...not far away enough from the pollution, but way better than home already. So on Friday morning, we
took the train for the short ride. My first train trip in China, but not a first for Ma'ri and Leslie.

The Fuchun has been opend for 4 years, and it's 4 years I'm saying I want to pay them a visit. So this was the perfect
opportunity. When I mention to the front desk manager that the place was very "Aman" style, he told me it's normal,
it's the same people who were in charge of the design. And to mention Aman and the likes, guys, you are going to see
us a lot in the next few months!

So we stay 2 nights for a wonderful week-end. The program, full enjoyment! On Friday, we hit few balls, I play 18 holes on the amazing golf
course, and we spent a lot of time at the swimming pool and drinking some bubbles.

This place is just amazing, specially if you consider we had it for ourselves...nearly...There was a kids pool, well,
I call it Leslie's pool! The room, euh, sorry the suite had an amazing bathroom and a view of the lake. The all place
being surrounded by tea plantations all around us.

On Saturday morning, we made our way back to Hangzhou for a day-trip to the city. On the program, the West Lake,
boat ride and pagodas, as well as the Lingyin. Hangzhou was covered with sun, haze...and bloody hot and steamy...so
pictures are not great. But you simply have to look at our smiles to see that was not going to stop us from a great
day.

Life is full of what you make of it...and this week-end, was full of cuddles, bubbles and candles. You won't see all the
pictures, but here are some of them...

Next entry is only in 2 weeks...in 5 days, we'll be together on the plane. You won't know yet where we are going,
as it is a surprise for Ma'ri and Leslie...but if you know me well...you know we are going to paradise...the sea,
the sun...and the cuddles...Leslie loves it...me too!

Till the next few days, have fun, we do!
