Oh...what a stupid title I have named...What I mean is "Da hong deng long gao gao gua". Blame the translation, not me~~
Beijing as a capital city of China, it has a strong cultural vibe that my hometown, the southern China can not provide. My original plan was to stay here for a month and just to take a rest and learn the basic theory about Guzeng, the Chinese Zither. But I ended up being amazed by its people and its depth of history. After a month of staying, life here becomes normal, it becomes a part of me. We talk about China, all aspects of China. But China is such a vast sea that you can only dive to a certain depth. Much more going on down there that we are unable to see, unable to grasp. The hostel where I live in is a dedicate traditional Siheyuan, a small courtyard surrounded by a larger courtyard. People in this hostel are so remarkable that they root deep in my memory. And the everyday come and go travelers, our lives cross a few days, then they go on to different directions. Thank God that the internet is still binding us
together, providing chances of next meet-up.
"Someone who visited China for a week will go home and write a book about it, someone who spends a month there will write no more than an article, and someone who remains for a year or more will be unable to write anything." (Unkown)
