Good Times in Phnom Pehn

I did have some good times in Phnom Penh, sure its crowded and does get a little boring and also frustrating with the constant questioning of "motorbike?" or my favorite of "smoke?" but the best was " I got the super-skunk my man!" which i thought was not only riduculous but also kinda funny. I guess that i look like the typical American pot-head. I was also offered numerous other drugs from crystal meth to heroin which was a bit frightening. Drugs are pretty much accepted here, you can smoke pot almost anywhere and you are always offered to make you pizza happy, just like in Laos. After finally getting my vietnam visa sorted i am am ready to head to HCMC. (Saigon) To be sure there is a lot to see in PP that has both good and bad aspects, i will be putting this blog into two parts, this one, the first will be about the fun stuff that i saw. The first two times that i was here i didn't do much waited for buses to take me to other places all cause i knew that i would have more time here. The first day that i was back i checked out Wat Phnom which is on the only hill in town, kinda crazy had all these monkey and elephants (photos) as well as a not to spectacular temple, which was kinda interesting cause you could see the US embassy from there which is probably one of the nicest buildings that i saw in Cambodia, also one with the most security, figures. After that did some shopping and pretty much chilled for a few days, saw the independence monument which reminded me of the arc de triumph as well in the middle of a huge roundabout and had tons of traffic around it. The French left there mark here. After that went out and did what most tourists do when they come to cambodia, shot guns! I shot an ak47 which wasn't as powerful or loud as i thought it was gonna be, also got to see some guys shoot the Rambo Machine gun which was kinda neat but pretty much a waste of money, it cost like 100 bucks for like 30 seconds of shooting. anyway got a few pics of me holding a gun and such. Thats pretty much all of the fun stuff that i did in cambodia.
