Question: what is the current political structure/government in this country/region? who has power, and how do those in power interact with their people?

The country Zambia has lots of history. Zambia was colonized in 1800. Zambia was abandoned in August of 1973. The constitution of the second republic is provided with the UNIP (United National Independence Party). The country was suffered for it's support in liberation movements. Zambia's fortunes of economics began to change in the late 1990's.

Zambia has the constitution, their president is currently Kenneth Kaunda who hass led the country for the last three decades. President Kaunda imposed single party socialism. Poverty is spreaded wide. Death rates are high because of communicable diseases thats going around. Government support for their agriculture has also contributed to economic growth. Averaging at least 6% a year.
