What is the dominant religion in Zambia, and how does this faith differ from other world religions? What beliefs or ideas make this religion unique?

Only 53 percent of the population in Zambia believes/considers themselves Catholic. In 1993 President Chiluba officially declared that the religion is Catholicism. There are Hindus, Jews, and Pentecostals who combined comprise 1 percent or the population.

The dominant religion in Zambia is Catholic, this is different from other world religions because catholicism is a denomination, hence a subset, of christianity. All Catholics are Christians but, not all Christians are Catholics. The beliefs/ ideas that makes Zambia's religion (Christianity) unique is that they only have one god compared to others they believe in nature and have many gods.
