Day 1: Arrival in Arusha




Meet and greet on your arrival in Arusha and after a short briefing be transferred to your preferred hotel for rest and overnight.

Overnight: at Arusha Hotel and Lodges (Mount Meru Hotel/ Grand Melia Hotel/ Kibo Palace Hotel)
Meal plan: Lunch & dinner

Day 2: Arusha National Park




Breakfast followed by an Ultimate Safari in Tanzania tour to Arusha National Park which is located within the city. Animals easy to spot include buffalo, giraffe, warthog, monkeys, and others and with luck, you can spot the leopard and elephant. Lake Momela located within the park is also home to flamingos and pelicans as well as other birds. Have a packed lunch as you proceed with game viewing. In the evening transfer back to the hotel for rest and overnight

Day 3: Arusha to Tarangire National Park




Early morning departure from Arusha to Tarangire Park which derives its name from the Tarangire River that traverses within the park. The park gives support to many types of animals especially during the dry season when animals migrate from the drylands in search of greener pastures. Animals easy to spot include wildebeest, zebra, eland, elephant, buffalo, hartebeest and others. Dinner and Overnight: Tarangire Safari Lodge / Tarangire Sopa Lodge/ Kitela lodge

Day 4: Tarangire National Pake – Serengeti Serengeti National Park




Early breakfast followed by departure to the Great Serengeti via Ngorongoro Conservation area arriving for lunch; lunch is followed by game viewing. Serengeti is home to Africa’s big five (elephant, rhino, lion, leopard & buffalo) and is also home to millions of other animals which include browsers, predators, reptiles and birds. The annual wildebeest migration commences in June when over 1 million wildebeest, zebra and gazelle head into the Masai Mara plains in search of better pasture. These animals are followed closely by the predators of the savannah (lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena, vultures, and others). Evening transfer back to accommodation for rest and dinner

Day 5-6: Serengeti National park Game Drive




Early breakfast starts your Ultimate Safari in Tanzania game viewing within the famous and game studded Serengeti plains which are also home to over 500 bird species. Your expert guide will help you track animals, spot camouflaged animals and birds as well as stop patiently for you to take many pictures. Break for lunch at camp/lodge then proceed with afternoon game viewing till evening. Dinner and Overnight. / Serengeti Sopa Lodge / Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge

Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area




Early breakfast followed by morning departure to Ngorongoro Crater with packed picnic lunch and a visit of Olduvai Gorge en-route. At Olduvai Gorge, you will have a cultural visit and walk as the guide explains to you about the origin of man. Proceed to Ngorongoro arriving in the late afternoon for relaxation at the camp/lodge. Spend the evening at leisure enjoying various activities available at camp/lodge. Dinner and Overnight: / Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge / Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater Tour to Lake Manyara




You will start your Ultimate Safari in Tanzania after early breakfast checks out of camp/lodge with packed picnic lunch to eat during your game viewing within the crater floor for 5-6hrs. Descend to the crater to see the breath-taking huge caldera which is home to Tanzania’s Safari only remaining black rhino population. Other animals which are easy to spot include hippo, elephant, gazelle antelope, flamingo and other water birds. Evening ascent back to camp/lodge for rest, dinner and overnight: Lake Manyara Sopa Lodge / Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge

Day 9: Game drive in Lake Manyara




After breakfast start your Safari in Tanzania game drive to Lake Manyara Park for game viewing and photography; Lake Manyara is home to large numbers of flamingo, pelican, stork, and other different bird species and is therefore regarded as the birding paradise of best Tanzania Safari. Other animals easily spotted include hippo, which can be observed at close range during your boat ride. Giraffe, gazelle, warthog, and others can be seen browsing inside the park. If lucky, you might see the rare tree-climbing lion which also resides within this park. Dinner and Overnight: Lake Manyara Hotel / Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge

Day 10: Lake Manyara – Arusha – Zanzibar




Breakfast followed by morning departure to Arusha to connect with your Zanzibar flight which departs in the afternoon. Spend the next few days at the beach enjoying the white sandy and extensive beach. You may take part in optional activities which are available at the hotel such as dhow sailing, scuba diving, stone town tours, deep-sea fishing, and others. Dinner and Overnight: Ocean Beach Resort / Zanzibar Serena Inn

Day 11 & 12: Zanzibar




Enjoy the beauty of Zanzibar for 2 days with options of extending your stay.

Day 13: Zanzibar / Departure




Being your departure day, check out after breakfast and be transferred to Zanzibar Airport to connect with your international departure flight to your next destination.
