Two Oceans Aquarium
I love the light composition in this picture Seriously, i'm in love with this place. If I could stay another 2 weeks, i'd spend the whole time here in Capetown, there is way too much to see and i want to do it all!! Today though, I settled on visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and also the waterfront which has some nice shopping. Its amazing how something as simple as that can take up your whole day!
Anyway, my camera sucks, as you can see by the photos, because it had a little difficulty taking pictures of moving things in water through glass (which i guess i can understand!) but i still rather like the pictures that came out... they have very interesting colour and light composition :o)
Tomorrow is my last full day here (nooooooo!) and the plan is to climb Table Mountain! I found a couple others who are planning to climb up and take the cable car down, so wish me luck that the weather is good! If not, my last chance is on Wednesday morning, since my flight doesn't leave until 7pm.
I also have to go back to the Green Market and haggle for some last minute gifts!
Tomorrow night,
my last night, will have a nice sendoff though, the hostel where im staying is having a braai (bbq) so it promises to be a good time!
Its a weird feeling knowing that I have to leave so soon... i'm so excited to be coming home, but at the same time i wish i could stay in Cape Town forever!
If i make it up the mountain tomorrow, i'll be sure to add those pictures ASAP :o)

Hey Janine Love that you like our city so much... Hope you managed to get up Table Mountain. The view from there is breathtaking (if there's no cloud). If you don't walk today, but go up on Wednesday, don't be surprised if you encounter a rather unusual party... There's a walk for charity that's being spearheaded by a rather colourful drag queen, who's going to walk all the way up in high heels. Crazy city we got here. Anyway, I hope you have a great time for the last few hours - and that you come back one day! Cheers, Pia Taylor http://www.mothercityliving.co.za/
