We got on a plane that took us to Cape Town.

Shortly before, I drank my first latte in months. Joy.

That it came from a coffee chain called Vida e Caffe where the server thanked me in Portuguese (my sleuthing skills concluding that this was indeed a theme and he wasn't Portuguese or mad) I thought odd but can report gleefully it detracted nothing from my gloriously slurpy and frothy experience.
