Today was basically another long drive. We all rejoiced at the fact that we would not be camping for the next two nights but would instead be lodging at a lovely place called Dune Lodge. It was situated on the Atlantic coast and we were appointed an en suite dormitory. Oh what bliss not to have to put up tents for another night.
That evening we booked ourselves onto a Quad Biking tour of the surrounding sand dunes. This trip was just awesome, from performing roller coasters to catching some air; it was 2 and a half hours of pure exhilarating fun. We also (well our guide did) managed to find an African puff adder aka a sidewinder. This lovely little snake was not to dangerous so our guide picked it up for us to have a stroke.
That night we ate in what was bizarrely an extremely German restaurant with traditional German food, it was all lovely and we went to bed fit to burst.
