Starting this June I will begin to travel with groups organized by an International Not-for-profit Organization whose goal is to create Peace through Understanding. To this end, they encourage members to travel to different countries, to not only see the tourist attractions but to more importantly interact with the local people. The goal of each trip is to come away with a greater understanding of the culture, traditions and beliefs that make up their society.
