I am a doing an assignment investigating how people place their luggage in a hotelroom. I hope you would like to help me by answering a couple of questions:

1. Are you familiar with luggage racks, such as can be seen on: http://www.sitem.be/index.php?page=20601&lang=EN ?

2. Are you familiar with luggage benches build in the furnishing of a hotelroom?

3. Do you use these products if they are available? If not, where DO you place your luggage?

4. Are you satisfied about these solutions for stalling your luggage?

5. Why are you satisfied/not? Do you have suggestions for improving any possible disadvantages?

Thank you very much!

Regards,

I use the luggage racks or the furniture intended to be used as a luggage rack. If nothing is available, I use a chair or a table/dresser as a luggage rack. I hate having to bend over and rummage through a suitcase on the floor. Luggage racks are a good solution to where to put one's suitcase because they do the job. I can't think of anything different that would work better. Reply to this

It depends on how big you room is.

Most rooms have these racks but sometimes they and the bag on it can get in the way.

On my travels to the US we were not in any room more than one or two days. We rarely used the racks. Probably used the floor 80% of the time!

Gee can you do any psychologiclal interpretation of this data? Does this mean there is anything wrong with me ! 😉 Reply to this
