It s a very common phenomena to forget while packing. Its very common for me to forget deodorant and insect repeller while travelling even though i have packed it in my travel bag. I tend to lose them in every trip I go... Reply to this

Ha ha. That's ok though. You can usually buy these things while you are travelling!

I just make sure we have passports, tickets, phone, camera, cables for both and prints of any paperwork we need. Anything else you can buy. Reply to this

Nice topic. I also forget random toiletry items. Thankfully, they can usually be found on the road, cheaply. I've also forgotten water bottles on numerous occasions, which are much less cheap.

For a week long trip, I once forgot my camera and had to make due with a disposable one. I accidentally left my ATM card in a machine once .... and getting the replacement took over a week. Reply to this

Deodorant...I always forget that. Oh well, maybe it gets me an empty seat next to me on a ferry sometimes? Reply to this

I have managed to forget any form of trousers or jeans for our current trip and it has been freezing, not to mention looking daft in shorts when everyone else has jumpers and coats on! Reply to this

That's a pity indeed! And a real waste of money especially if you're trying to travel on the cheap. Reply to this
