Aspiringnomad's article on "Interview with the Sex Tourist" is a must-read ! A very well-thought perception on "Romance Tourism" in the third world.....and don't forget to read beniblanco's very "enlightening" comment on this subject matter...... cheers !

I would like to nominate GeorgetheGreek - lighthearted and detailed insight into their South American experience.

Definately lemonindi...I have been fascinated with her travels all over India, and the many things she has been involved in. Her photos are fantastic. I am an American who has lived in India for almost four years, and I have learned so much from her, just in the few months she has been here. Her journals are definately worth reading!

Well I have been reading a few of these blogs stuck at home in the Uk wishing I was somewhere more exotic! But the one that I have been laughing my socks off at the blog by Rich and Zoe. They are in NZ now but have had hilarious times in South America, their blog includes a fantastic description of the trek from hell in Chile! Not to mention some stunning photos too. (Although my personal favourites are the comedy photos especially the one of them holding a live bomb in Bolivia!!) This blog is well worth checking out.

I tend to agree with WildChild, put Ezeur (aka Heather Jasper) up! Yah yah, I'm biased since she's my cousin and all, but a little bit of Morocco will do us a lot of good. All that sunshine, good tales of laughter and woe, and I'll get to scream "hey look guys, that's my cousin's blog!" Reply to this

I think Gabu's blog is pretty wicked sweet. Fantastic photography, insightful commentary, what's not to love? Ans as it's already been featured on about.com as Blog of the Moment I think it's only natural that it be a headlining blog at TravelBlog. Check it out for yourself if you don't believe me.

I realy loved Tara Oden's blog entries. I tried following her thorugh the trip and It gave me some tips on my trip to Tanzania. She seemed to enjoy each moment and looked for opportunities for enjoyment each day. I would say I wasn't even a match yet am more of a local than she was. Cheers Tara, its because of you that I've been inspired to make this trips and blog them too! Reply to this

STAY LOOSE STAY LOOSE STAY LOOSE STAY LOOSE!

STAY LOOSE is an awesome blog. While I'll freely admit that this is a friend of mine - I have to stay that these blogs always have me swaying from years to hysterics.

Cycling from the UK to South Africa alone is no easy task, and here you'll find a rollercoaster ride through the emotional effects it can have.

hellotrain Gets my vote as a really inspiring and well written travel blog with a photojournalistic feel. Unfortunately as I went to check out their blog before nominating them I notice that their travel is about to end....however it makes no difference to me i will still visit and continue reading their blog.

Oh and I thoroughly agree with Mr Savage...this ain't no competition so as long as you like your blog and you it allows you to share experiences with those you love then who cares! Enjoy! Reply to this

Don't worry, you're doing fine. Your English is better than most native English speakers I know. The last thing you'd want me to do is blog in French. God knows what I'd end up saying. Reply to this
