Oh man, I'm such a little comedian. haha ooo. I apologize for my bad puns. haha. Ok, now because of technical difficulties this is the 3rd time I have written this blog, .... OIE! i love the internet.. but sommmeetimess..... ooooo So we left friday for GDL, even though we were supposed to leave Thrusday. Hurricane John cancelled my conference in Mazatlan because it was really dangerous to travel. Puerto Vallarta was ready for it, but nothing happened. The malecon was all closed and boarded up other than a few bars for tourists. Everything within a 6 block radius was closed, but all was well, there weren't even waves in the ocean!! So we drove to GDL on friday, and the 5 hour drive actually takes about 9 since we stop alot before we even get ... read more

This is basically just so you get updated so that you know I added PICTURES (fotos) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!! I figured out how to do it! There are three previous blogs with pictures now. And I accidently put the Guadalajara pictures with the wrong blog, but you get the idea. And I realize I broke my usual rule of almost always taking pictures with people in them, but I just wanted to show you where I live and such things. And I will take pictures of my house and stuff later. Anyway, hopefully the pics give you a little warmth up there in the Mac or wherever your adventures find you. Wanted to say GOOD LUCK !! (bien suentes!) to everyone who is starting university/life uber soon. I love you all, remember your all amazingly smart, be ... read more

They are all things I have jumped off!!!! Thats right. I have officially jumped off a cliff. I am SOO happy! That is one things that gets crossed right off that Life To-Do List :) It was so wicked. Thats why it gets first billing in the blog. It was probably a little higher than a the top of a 2 story house. You have to climb up the side, which is just rock, and its basically straight up so you have to kind of climb diagonal. While I was climbing, you know what I was thinking ? Thank god for Twister. No joke. That's actually what was running through my head, as my leg was up by waist and my arms were crossed over each other gripping anywhere they could find. Anyway, I saw one ... read more

Que pasa (kay paw-saw) what's going on, whats up, sup .... So school has started again for the week. Pretty neat already. Yesterday we had to write some answers down, then ended up having to read them to the class. And I read 4 whole sentances that I wrote by myself, to the whole class, in spanish !!! Yay!! And I asked people later, and they actually understood me! And they all clapped when I was done. I got a good class, haha. It is actually going really well at school. There's the cliques and everything, but I can go sit/talk to/ attempt to understand whats going on with everyone. They're all really nice and patient with me. The weekend was fun. Armondo and Fabrisio (son/grandson) were still here, so we all went to Punta Mita. ... read more

This one is going to be a little long, because I want to let you know all about stuff and I want to keep a good record for myself. I've even seperated it into headings so you can skim, so you dont have to read it all in one sitting or even all of it and I wont even get offended haha, thats the joy of internet. Ok, so its 11 at night, a school night I might add (yup, I have officially started my last year of high school, again!) so this is going to be short and sweet. Met some nice people, who I will tell you all about later, but at the moment, its time to go to sleep and dream of snow. maybe I´ll cool down a bit. haha joke! So I am two days in, and its fab! Pretty hot, but not overwhelmingly {real word?} so, but according to Lupita the hottest time is during November and December, so THAT should be interesting. Havent {excuse the lack of real grammar, I cant find the apostrophe on the keyboard haha} gone to the beach yet, even though I can basically see it from the driveway of the condo, but there will be plenty of time for beaching. There is so much moisture here, so humid. It has rained a bit both days {after hot weather of course}, which actually helps, becuase with the windows open it pushes colder air in. and speaking of colder air, God Bless the Person who invented Air Conditioners!!! I Heart that person!! So far I havent really done much. We went ... read more

I'm in Victoria, British Columbia a GORGEOUS little part of ocean, harbor, old growth forest, crazy music, awesome food and a fantastic combination of ocean and moutain all at the same time. If anyone gets a chance to go, here's some hints on amazing adventures to take: -Go down to fisherman's warf, eat fish and chips *omg so good*, feed the cute seals *if you move the fish around above the water, the seals will roll over!*, and check out the houses that are floating on the water. -Check out the empress hotel, uber-fancy, where tea costs $50 a cup if you go during high tea. (just go down the street and drink other tea, but look at the empress hotel while you do it, and i'm sure its the same. wouldn't actually know, i don't ... read more
