Once again, I woke up during the night, with some indigestion and flatulence. Also, still a some earache. By the morning the malabsorption was back, frothy and floating stools. I went to the hospital for various tests, malaria again, widal test for typhoid, full blood picture again, urine test as well as stool test when I provide samples. Hopefully the cause of my problems will be better identified. We had lunch in Dar Es Salaam, which we unfortunately left a little late, making it harder to get suitable food. In the end I ate rice, liver, spinach and beans, which should be ok for me. However, I was told to avoid beans by a previous Doctor. Dar Es Salaam is much bigger than Zanzibar Town, and actually much cleaner. This surprised me a bit, I even
