Hello all!

We have returned from our trip to Colca Canyon. It was a two-day excursion taking in some more llamas, alpacas and pekunas, some traditional dancing and some local cuisine. It was very touristy but still enjoyable although I found our guide a little hard to stomache! Laura seemed to like him though!

The second day we had a 5am start to go and see the condors. We were really lucky and saw quite a few but I didn´t manage to catch any on camera!

Before our trip we managed our first proper night out on the town! We met a group of Brits and Aussies on an organised tour and had a few too many cocktails with them! We nursed our hangovers the next day by the pool!

Tomorrow we will head to Puno and Lago Titicaca and then hopefully to Bolivia the next day. I can´t believe we will be leaving Peru already!

Hope you are all well, lots of love
Ames x x x

EDIT: I just want to add that I LOVE S America so far but there are a few things I won´t miss: panpipes and bread and jam for breakfast being the main ones so far and I could kill for a proper cup of tea with milk, lol x
PS Laura is uploading photos right now too!

I haven't been able to see any of your photos Ames, but I am happy to continue reading about your adventures. Can't help with the tea though as I am not sure that us Americans know what proper tea really is. Enjoy your trip, and keep us informed.
