Late breakfast followed by a walk down to the beach to lie under the umbrellas and read our books. Another tough day in paradise. Tim joined in with beach volley ball organised by the entertainment team. His team won but regrettably he pulled his achilles tendon which had just started to repair itself.

The beach waiter collected our order for the first pina colada of the day- it would have been rude to have refused! Although I did turn down an on the beach foot massage. We stopped at the little hut on the beach for a quesidilla (we shared one chicken and one shredded beef) and lemon with crushed ice on our way back to the room.

We fancied watching a film which Tim viewed whilst in the bath (shutters separating the bedroom from the bathroom came in very handy) I caught up on a bit of knitting, but then the maid turned up with two others to clean the room.

We went for a coffee and a lie on the pool loungers to give them time to make the bed etc. After dinner in the Senses restaurant, and as we'd been disturbed earlier, we decided to forego the entertainment and watch a film instead back at our room. We noted that the dessert menu is getting a bit repetative; caramel flan, rice pudding or chocolate ice cream which is the third night we've been offered the same puddings! This didn't stop us having one though.

It's rare for customers to order work like this anymore. Shame.
