We went on this free tour offered by a company called Stray. It was mean't to be a tour around Auckland but they started off by selecting a name at random to give them a free Base Jump off the 167m high Sky Tower. The tallest building in the southern Hemishpere, the fifth tallest building in the WORLD! And I won it!!! A free 200 dollar prize from a free trip! Not bad really. 😊 The height of the jump was freaky and although prior to the jump i was really excited I still felt anxious walking a form of plank off the end of the tower. But once in motion it was a great buzz! I really enjoyed it especially the suite you have to wear - how cool!
Today was also the day i met up with a few old friends Craig and Gavin Dove who have been backpacking in Australia for 12 months. As a dare we challenged each other to take on the Harbour Bridge Bungy Jump in the same day!
It was amazing! Heights didn't really present a problem to me as this was only a 40m drop compared to the Sky tower. But the
Bungy seemed more exhilarating possibly because you are quite literally freefalling where as the base Jump you are connected to a wire that keeps you in line. i loved it! I have the craze now! I'm planning on doing the 'Nevis' a 143m bungy off a cable car.
It was a great day and a good laugh seeing Gavin and Craig again.

Woah Ben! how crazy is that? U actually won an amazing prize! u must be well high after all that! (No pun intended!) lol. p.s. u gotta keep that outfit for sum fancy dress do, there's shitloads of 'em back here!
