As the first week is coming to a close, today was my last day of classes! Tomorrow, I will be hopping on a train, EARLY morning, to spend the weekend in Venice!!

Today was a quiet, yet long day. We went to Musei Capitoline, which is near the Colosseum and overlooks the Roman Forum. This museum had everything but the kitchen sink! From the few parts of the Colossus of Constantine to the Equestrian Statue of Marcus Aurelius and the She Wolf with Romulus and Remus.

We spent about 5-6 hours in this museum. The guards were very rude to us because they did not want us taking notes about the art pieces or drawing, but we were allowed taking pictures and we were there to learn! They watched us like a hawk the whole time to make sure that we weren't doing anything wrong.

Tonight was an early night, so we decided to just eat at a local Chinese place that is very close to campus. While it was very cheap, I would rather explore for more Italian restaurants.

Learning
I suspect you've learned more in the past week than at any other time in your "young adult" life. You are a student! (And a great photographer.)

Not a Tourist
You are not only a great photographer but a very descriptive writer! Love it!
